Farpoint is a key player in the development, sales and management of premium residential and office buildings located in Jakarta.   We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position: Commercial Leasing Manager Responsibilities: Work and manage all leasing activities of designated retail malls / office buildings. Conceptualize the best retail theme and tenancy mix of any given retail mall. Motivate leasing agents or individually to source for the right tenants mix for the designate area of responsibilities. Work with, manage and motivate subordinates to achieve goals and targets as set out by management. Negotiate and achieve the target rent and within the stipulated time frame as set out by management. Upkeep good relations with exists tenants, potential tenants and leasing agents. Provide updates reporting to immediate superiors on a prescript time frame Conduct market research, identify and analysis competition and identify ways of overcoming them. Identify potential revenue generating advertising and promotion opportunities Carryout presentation with ease to management, prospective tenants and the like. Work effectively using Microsoft excel, work and powerpoint and emails. Conduct one self professional and portrait the corporate image as set our by the company Work with various departments and communicate effectively to achieve department goals   Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in reputable university (both local and overseas), majoring in marketing and/or leasing (preferably in the Real Estate industry) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing or related position.
